What is Gillece Services?

Gillece Services, a locally owned Pittsburgh business run by Tom Gillece and his son, Tom Jr., is your one-stop-shop for Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical needs, whether emergency, maintenance, or replacement. For over 30 excellent years, Gillece Services has provided the Pittsburgh area and its five surrounding counties with reliable, valuable, and friendly no-complaint service. The Gillece Foundation is “Built on Trust,” “Built on Ambition,” and “Built on Compassion.”

Where is Gillece Services located?

Gillece Services has many technicians stationed around Western Pa, so we are always close to you! Our Corporate Headquarters is located in Bridgeville, Pa, and includes a fully-stocked warehouse with readily available equipment parts, garage with on-site mechanic to keep our service trucks in working order, and 7000 square foot training facility for training only the best local technicians. The main corporate office houses Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations departments as well as other office staff.

When is Gillece Services open?

Always! We offer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. We never close! We also offer same-day* service – and we mean it when we say we’re “There The Same Day or You Don’t Pay*.”

Who is “The Man on the Van?”

Tom Gillece Sr. can be seen pictured on our service vans all around town! He started Gillece Services over 30 years ago and has kept the same quality initiative and fundamental values instilled in the company to date. Son Tom Gillece Jr. and daughter Lindsey Gillece are also onboard at Gillece Services’ Headquarters in Bridgeville.

What kind of background do Gillece Services Technicians have?

Gillece Services requires that all technicians be drug-screened and background-checked prior to employment. Once hired, technicians are expected to uphold to a set of standards and procedures under a company code of ethics. Gillece Technicians are skill-certified and licensed, and they receive ongoing training in their related field of expertise; they provide outstanding customer service. Gillece Services Technicians are also “Green Screened,” which means have been educated in environmentally-conscious practices and products that they can educate customers about, as well.

Gillece Services Plumbing Technicians are also D.O.T. (Department of Transportation) Certified, qualifying them to work on gas lines as required by the state.

What services does Gillece offer?

Gillece Services offers Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical services as well as Indoor Air Quality, Water Quality, and Waterproofing services. Gillece Services can come to your home if an emergency occurs in any of these areas; we can provide solutions for improving the quality of your air and/or water; and we can work on your water and gas lines if a break or leak occurs. How do I request service?

Call, email, or chat! You can submit a service request at www.gillece.com by providing your name, email address if you have one, and phone number. Then, a Customer Service Specialist will contact you to collect the rest of the information needed to get your service started and a technician on his way. If you’d like, a “Live Chat” option is available on our website before requesting service, where you can chat with someone about your questions and/or concerns. Want to call instead? We’re “Always Here to Take Your Call!” any hour of any day or night. A Customer Service Specialist will answer your call and inquire about your particular situation and corresponding needs. An Operations Specialist takes it from there, contacting a technician closest to your location, and then contacts you when the technician is about 30 minutes away from your home.
